Just got a message coming up that said "Waiting for Reconnection" and it would never go away. Tried doing this with WinPE media also but that did not work. It spits out the following error code: 0xc000000e. It says Reovery and then under that it says your pc needs to be repaired. Basically what happens is after we image it and it reboots, it comes up to solid blue screen with white text on it.

We tried capturing one of these machines as is (we didn't wipe anything and captured them how they come out of the box) and that did not work. The images are stored on an external HDD. Then use the same boot media to boot and image the machine. Take a new machine, wipe it, install Windows 10 fresh, and build it the way we want.Ģ) Boot to the Acronis Boot Media (Linux w/ 圆4 option checked off)Ĥ) Take a new machine and wipe all the partitions. These newer computers no longer support switching to Legacy BIOS mode.

The desktops are HP EliteDesk 800 G6 SFF and the laptops are HP EliteBook 840 G7. We are running into issues when trying to image these new model HP Desktops and Laptops we just got. We currently have Acronis Backup 11.7 Advanced in our organization. In the Settings window, in the Sync and backup tab, click the Advanced settings link to expand the settings list, then disable the Files On-Demand option.Hi everyone.

Select Settings from the drop-down menu.ĥ. In the OneDrive window, click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.Ĥ. Select the OneDrive cloud icon in the Windows taskbar notification area.ģ. Make sure you are signed in to OneDrive.Ģ.

To resolve the issue, disable the Files On-Demand option in OneDrive:ġ. Because of this, the folder becomes an NTFS reparse point, which makes the recovery impossible. The files being recovered are located in a local OneDrive folder on the user's PC.
